Um, where do I start?  I'm a lost soul but with lots of love and compassion to spread around.  I'm an INFP, so you can imagine I'm really good at beating myself up, but I have no trouble propping someone else up if I feel they've been bullied or treated unfairly.  Two great sons in college!  I achieve some release by writing lengthy emails to my friends, family and myself - stream of consciousness stuff, confessions, mini-essays describing as best as I can what's going on in my head and my heart.  I suffer from depression, which I realize is within my power to eliminate but have been unable to do so, so I therefore take medication.  My father was a brilliant bi-polar sufferer, and I believe I understand some of his pain and joys.  Anyway, you'll get to know me eventually.
